Message to Kremlin about PET CT

 Well i am inclined to say i am probably going to war with the local state...Legally...And as formal as possible i count on whatever you may have on me in order to retrieve as information as soon as i have proofs (Have to contact the embassy and the white house for that answer or no answer and Don't tell me you do not know) i was not turned more insane from one minute to the next talking to leaders of state with their first name over 16 years.

I will seek whether i can have a 6 figure (at least) compensation but frankly i should thank your common shared orthodox god for being alive even as i am monitored writing this.
Whatever Orthodox God means in these lands after 1918 and 1922.
