So more or less i have idiots who anyhow are taking advantage of the device but they do not know or care about the removal of it counting in part on local chaos , corruption and of course the legal consequences in all anonymity which they made sure they will get other than pointing to consuming functions of this society resembling practically any society in the developed world as a pattern.
